PSA have joined the Self Storage Association of Australasia (SSAA).
SSAA have over 900 member faclities throughout Australasia and provide a manual of procedures and a standard storage agreement for use by Self Storage sites.
PSA is actively seeking Self Storage sites that might be considering selling or refinancing. PSA can offer an alternative to a sale that will deliver more cash to an owner than by the normal sale method.
